    To achieve a gradual, steady but an easy weight loss without any side effects is certainly very difficult.

    Hence a safer and a more secure method of modification in food consumption and lifestyle pattern are highly recommended to reach the goal of an easy weight loss program.

    Therefore, right kind of food in right proportions is encouraged in a weight loss program.

    Losing weight is the nightmare of many many people in the world today, maybe due to their sedentary jobs, increased consumption of junk food and unhealthy lifestyles. People try all kinds of weight loss programmes, many of them which might not even be good for them. The better option is to regulate one's lifestyle, eat the right kind of foods, exercise regularly and try and lead stress free lives as far as possible.

    Weight is the main problem seen in this world but it is not so hard thing to loss there are so many easy thing to loss weight like.
    -Regular exercise.
    -Meditation.
    -Drink plenty of water.
    -Walk as you can.

    Weight is one of major causes that can leads to other diseases if its on the higher side. It can be controlled at home itself -

    No crash diet. Rather eat small meals full of fibre and proteins and less carbohydrates.
    Brisk walking is the best excercise.
    Yoga. Its the most natural way.
    Say 'NO' to junk food, aerated drinks, alcohol and sweets.
    Take stairs than using lifts if u stay in an apartment.

    All this is surely going to help. Happy Weight losing!!

    If You Want to Loss The Weight Then You have to Do the Two things compulsory.First You have to Do the Exercise Regularly and the Second Thing is Diet.You have to Avoid to Eat Junk Food,Sugar,Chocolates,Butter,Sweets,Ice Cream,Cold Drinks Etc.You Must have to take More Green Leafy Vegetable and Fresh Fruit.You can take a Sugar Free rather then the Sugar.You have to do the Exercise at Least 30 to 40 Minutes once in a Day.Morning Time is Best For the Exercise.You can do aerobics,Jogging,Skipping,Running,Jumping And also some Warming Exercise.

    Before losing weight, you have to first prepare your mind for that because if mentally you are not prepared for losing weight and don't have patience for the results of your workouts then all things which you do for the losing weight is worthless. Drink seven to eight glasses of water in a day because water plays most important part for losing weight.

    I recommend that you should diet that are rich in good carbohydrates foods and foods rich in protein. Foods high in fiber such as leafy green vegetables, whole grains, beans, oats will improve your digestive system, increase your metabolism, keep the feeling of satiety, and more. Foods high in quality protein will help build muscle mass, increase metabolism and actually cause your body to burn calories automatically.

    Well, I prefer foods with a low glycemic index, rather than simple carbohydrates. The best time to eat a carbohydrate rich meal is approximately 1 hour after exercise. If you increase the insulin when the bodies energy reserves are exhausted, like after a workout, the nutrients absorbed into the muscle cells. Conversely, if you increase the insulin when the energy reserves are full, the material sent to fat cells and can be stored as fat.

    Well, your topic is really very fantastic. As per my experience, do more exercise and get the results.

    Tips for exercise:

    Running atleast 5 kilometer
    Skipping atleast 1500 to 2000
    Pull ups 10 to 20
    Yoga

    Continue this one is atleast 3 month. For best result. thanks !!

    Its relly easy to loss ur weight you have to do just few thing regularly
    1.regular exercise
    2.regular go to jym
    3 drink atleast 10 glass of water regularly.
