    I dont know the stuff about water, but I do think that late night snacks add to the fat and you should avoid it most of the times.
    Morning jogging would save your belly! and what more, it will help you to stay fresh for rest of the day also.

    Wake early in the morning, drink more water and go for jogging for at least 30 minutes.

    Do not overdo anything in your routine. I believe in starting off steady and slowly. Many try to lose so much so quickly that they burn themselves out before they can lose a significant amount of weight. You are trying to change your lifestyle, not jus lose weight. Try exercising without the goal of losing so much so quickly, just give yourself a set number of reps to do that you can handle with the intention of doing these exercises for years to come and perfecting them. You will build yourself up to the point that you want more effectively with time and have such a solid routine that you keep it it off like it's second nature.
