    Weight loss tips:

    1. Drink water
    2. Train low intencity before breakfast
    3. After you’ve eaten do high intencity cardio
    4. Avoid refined sugar
    5. Avoid complex carbs
    6. Don’t eat within two hours of dinner
    7. Train with weights
    8. Do some light cardio after dinner
    9. Eat fruit
    10. Eat vegetables
    11. Increase protein foods like meat, fish, eggs, etc.
    12. Take a multivitamin
    13. Take a cod liver oil supplement
    14. Run hills and climb stairs
    15. Increase your intensity each workout

    All are given nice tips, In my case after left the bed i used to do skipping but some body telling that skipping is not good for ladies, If you stop u will get more weight is it correct?

    If you want to easy loose weight then You accept my advice.To decrease the weight of body I think do not take fry food and chicken.Always go for walk 2 times in a day.

    regular exercise.....
    regular go to gymnasium...
    drink atleast 10 glass of lukewarm water with a little of salt regularly.........

    Losing weight is really tough job because you can leave without eating an single day.But now days lost of diet pills available in the market while taking pills you can lose out the weight without doing on dieting but before taking any pills just consult your doctor..
