    Hello, I really liked those tips here which are based on the property purchasing. We have to be always aware when we go to buying a property for us because property is very important for every people and many were put their life time income to purchase a home so selection of the property is must.

    I would like to know you that you should take care of these small points too.
    • Local research
    • Be financially prepared
    • Mortgage rates of different financer ( if you want to finance your project)
    • Property market and structural survey
    • Control your emotions while buying or sell any property.

    6. Language: In case you are relocating to another city or country, you must be prepared to learn the local language as also about the culture of that place.
    7. Time: Be prepared to invest time into the project. You cannot expect to find your dream home the first time around!
    8. Insurance: Go through the due diligence bit and get home insurance done. It’s really a must!
    9. Solicitors: Pick someone you know. Avoid solicitors who have been recommended by agents. Find an independent one of repute.
    10. Survey: Get a property survey done by a professional — someone who is familiar with local construction processes and materials

    All this apart, enjoy the process. The journey is always more important than the destination.

    As i think, property investment is the safest investment and there are high probabiltiy of profit.

    The first and foremost thing to check while buying a property is the Documents, Have seen many people buying property and then realizing that the property they bought or own isnt really theirs, or the property has been sold out to multiple people by a builder.
