What would be a good college where I can major in creative writing?

good educational institute will not depends upon their fame..its depend upon the student who is responsibilly completing the studies

I am not sure of India, but I read a lot of good reviews from 'Writer's Bureau' which is London based. They offer courses on writing (correspondance of course) and claim to earn your course fees (with published articles written by you) during the course. You can check it out.
