Yes. It's true that the actor will join the hoard of Bollywood celebrities to get a wax statue at Madame Tussauds. However, it is unclear whether Shahid Kapoor?s sculpture will be placed at the Delhi museum or the one in London.

The announcement comes hours after his Padmavat co-star Deepika Padukone confirmed the news of her wax statue. It will be unveiled in Madame Tussauds, London early next year, followed by another wax statue at Delhi.

Expressing his excitement, Shahid Kapoor turned to his Instagram account and posted a picture of him during the measurement sessions. He captioned the image as "Keep an eye out. Coming soon." approving the news.

Madame Tussauds is a major tourist attraction, displaying the wax statutes of various historical figures and famous film actors. Among the important Indian personalities, the museum has immortalised Amitabh Bachchan, Shahrukh Khan, and Sachin Tendulkar to name a few.
