    Manganese, helps with digestion; chromium, works with insulin in the metabolism of sugar.

    Which chromium you are talking about? The metal? How does it mix with insulin? I don't understand. Could you please explain?

    Manganese and chromium are present in food we eat daily, which are present in plants because of absorption from soil

    Sorry I can’t elaborate as I read this tips same as I presented here daily on internet

    According to me, some best health tips are define as below
    -Wake up early in the morning
    -Exercise Regular
    -Sleep well
    -Eat healthy food
    -Never skip your breakfast
    -Avoid smoking and drinking

    Some tips for good health are :
    1 Stop smoking,drinking alcohol etc
    2 Eat more fruits
    3 Take a balance diet
    4 Regularly do exercise and Yoga
    5 Take adequate sleep.

    Thanks for sharing best advice. Such great advice. Well, our body is composed mostly of water, almost all of our food is made with water, our planet is covered by a large amount of water, think water can be a good thing. Drink more water.
