    Really interesting questions, an interviewer at a introduction in the company have to know very much when he interviews the applier for the job.

    I think that job interviews aren't about answering questions (they would've call it an interrogation), but about expressing your motivation and confidence.

    For the borderline cases,
    you can be honest the candidate on your hiccups or concerns where you are doubtful about him/her
    Only the candidate himself can bring clarity
    But yes, you have to decide, what's particularly pulling you back
